We recommend cleaning your jewelry by hand with lukewarm water and a soft, lint-free cloth.
If you use a cleaning device, select a delicate or jewelry-safe mode to avoid scratching or damaging the materials.
Rinse thoroughly and allow the piece to air-dry completely before storing.
All orders arrive with our signature care card detailing standard cleaning procedures, along with a complimentary lint-free cloth so you can preserve the radiance of your piece at home.
Every Vea Corta piece is handmade with care and comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. Not completely satisfied? Just return it for a full refund, no questions asked.
On top of that, every piece is covered by our lifetime warranty. If something goes wrong through normal wear or a manufacturing defect, like a broken clasp or a loose stone, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, natural tarnishing from perfume or moisture, or lost and stolen jewelry.
To make a claim, email us at support@veacorta.com with your order number and a short description of the issue, and we'll take it from there.
